Dr. Celia Mendes completed her medical degree at the Brown University Program in Medicine in Providence, RI and her residency at Duke University Medical Center, Durham, NC. She is Board certified by the American College of OB/GYN and is a fellow of American Board of OB/GYN. Dr. Mendes is also certified in and that I am certified in numerous cosmetic procedures including advanced and hi-definition liposuction and body sculpting.
