Centennial Medical Group

Centennial Medical Group, a division of CHI Mercy Health, is a multispecialty physician group with offices in the Roseburg area. We are one of the largest physician group practices in Douglas County and offer both primary and specialty care for all ages. Our professional team of providers, includes family practitioners and pediatricians as well as specialists in orthopedics, cardiology, gastroenterology, pulmonology, nephrology, and pathology. CMG includes a diverse group of highly skilled providers so that you can find the provider or specialist you need right in your own community.

Centennial Medical Group was formed in 2009 and was named in honor of the centennial anniversary of Mercy Medical Center, which was founded in 1909.
