You can conveniently visit us at our main office near Hampden and Wadsworth in Lakewood or at our part-time location at 80th and Kipling in Arvada. Our experienced dermatologists, Dr. Michaela McDonnell, Dr. David Hurt, and Dr. Kira Giovanielli, are all board-certified by the American Board of Dermatology, and have offered the very best dermatological care for over forty years combined. Dr. McDonnell and Dr. Hurt are Mohs micrographic surgeons and been performing Mohs surgeries since 2005. All of the doctors are also knowledgeable and experienced in cosmetic dermatology including Botox® Cosmetics, Restylane®, Radiesse® (proven to stimulate the growth of your own natural collagen) and Juvederm treatments.

Dr. Hurt has been offering Smartlipo™ treatments since 2010. Smartlipo is the first and only laser-assisted lipolysis system to offer a revolutionary and minimally invasive procedure for the removal of fat. Using a high-powered laser, Smartlipo is a new laser body sculpting procedure with less down time and side effects than traditional liposuction. In 2012, Dr. Hurt added Cellulaze™, a laser cellulite reduction procedure that reduces the appearance of cellulite in just one treatment.

Our physician assistant, Ken Wright, and nurse practitioner, MaryAnn Straley, bring a wealth of knowledge and experience to treating skin diseases. Both are licensed by the state of Colorado. Ken is certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants while MaryAnn is board certfied by the American Nurses Credentialling Center.

In an effort to offer the best skin care treatments possible, our Therapy department was established in 2003. Many cosmetic services are available in Therapy including skin analysis, hair removal, laser/IPL treatments, and photo-facials. We proudly offer CoolSculpting® the cool, new, non-surgical way to eliminate stubborn fat. We also offer a wide variety of advanced skin care products and cosmetics.
