The Center for Well-Being is a small, high-impact non-profit that helps individuals and families live healthier lives through nutrition, health education and systems change.
Our mission: To promote the well-being of the whole person by empowering people with the knowledge, skills, and spirit to take responsibility for personal, family, and community health.
We offer a menu of health promotion classes covered by most insurance plans as well as place-based programming at school sites, work places and other community environments.
Priority areas are diabetes, heart disease, healthy nutrition and physical activity promotion, pain management and tobacco control.
