Center Street Elementary School Ice Cream Social, El Segundo

We are part of the Center Street School PTA. We are working to raise funds for our school to afford things such as field trips, special interactive white boards for the classrooms, laptops for the computer lab, copier paper for handouts, food trays for the cafeteria and other stimulating and useful items to help the school provide a fun and enriching learning environment for its students.

Donations/Auction Items:
We truly appreciate the generosity of your donations which allow us to have this event. Donations we are looking for include: Cash, Cakes/Pastries (for the cake walk), Toys (for us to sell or use at the games), Imprinted promotional items with the Ice Cream Social name on it, advertising or ways to increase attendance, and items for the Auction. If you have an item to donate, please contact us.

Sponsor Opportunities:
We have different sponsorships available. Please ask about our Single Scoop, Double Scoop, Triple Scoop or Sundae sponsorship opportunities. In addition, we offer sponsorship opportunities of our games booths, candy prizes, toy give aways, goody bags, t-shirts, decorations and more.
Benefits of sponsorship:
-your message will reach 500+ attendees on the day of the event.
-your name could be included in the website, press releases, advertisements, PTA newsletters, flyers to all El Segundo School District Schools promoting the event and recruiting volunteers, and more.
-we are a non-profit organization.

Volunteer Opportunities:
We need many volunteers to make this event happen.
-Before the event: getting booth and candy sponsors, recruiting volunteers, getting baked goods for the cake walk, getting prizes for the games.
-Day of the event: managing volunteers, setting up on the day of the event, running booths/games/concessions, breakdown of the event, scooping ice cream, etc.

We have volunteer opportunities that can take as little time as an hour or two, to others that could take a little bit of time every week over the course of a couple of months - just depends on how involved you would like to be.
