There is a major, undeniable food problem in today’s culture.

This problem is the complete and purposeful disengagement between the animal that is being butchered and the ultimate consumer. This process is desensitizing consumers to the entire eating process. The result is a culture of food-consuming where this cheaper, faster food wins. The consumer ends up saving a few extra bucks in the process, but at what cost?

At Central Coast Meats, we recognized this problem and believe that there is a much better way to approach this process.

We are committed to raising our animals the way that God intended; untouched, antibiotic & hormone free, feeding only non-soy & gmo free feed, as well as letting our animals live outside on real grass - letting them truly be animals

This is not a new, innovative idea; as this way of raising animals has been around for thousands of years. We are not reinventing the wheel, just reintroducing it.
