Also, to best position you to make your offer in today's market, I will ensure that you are working with a mortgage broker at the start of your home search process. Once you and your mortgage broker have determined your best purchase price range, I will then set up custom property searches and tour properties of interest with you. Now comes the fun part...once you've found the home of your dreams, I will assist you with developing a purchase offer that makes sense and fits your needs. Once your offer is accepted, I will diligently work with you throughout the due diligence period, right up until the day of settlement when you'll receive the keys to your new home. And on that day, I will be just as thrilled as you are!
