CVMA offers self-defense training specializing in life or death situations, including encounters of multiple attackers or opponents with weapons. We can also train you on how to defend yourself against a bigger and stronger attacker.

Team KO Training Center opened their doors in their current location in late 2011 for people that want to train or just get in shape, Team KO has an award winning kids wrestling team and has produced professional MMA fighters that dedicate their time becoming coaches to help train kids that want to learn the sport of wrestling or boxing.
