CBDIO operates in Fresno, Greenfield, Santa Maria, and Los Angeles. Together we served more than 4,500 individuals, providing an array of supportive social, educational, and advocacy services as well as health and public benefits program enrollment.

CBDIO also offers opportunities for other individuals and organizations to better connect with indigenous communities through its revenue-generating services and projects.
-Interpreting services in indigenous languages (Mixteco, Triqui, Chatino and others) and document translation
-Cultural sensitivity workshops and conferences
-Organization and facilitation of focus groups with indigenous communities
-Guelaguetza (annual cultural event invcorporating traditional indigenous arts, crafts, foods, and performances.
-Tiendita Oaxaquena (retail store of indigenous arts, crafts and clothing).
