C.G.Higgins Confections

We hand-make fine chocolate truffles, caramel corn, and many types of nut brittle, most recently featured on the Food Network's "Road Tasted" with the Neelys. Also known for our specialty fudge, C.G. Higgins incorporates several local , New Mexican flavors including red and green chiles, and locally grown lavender.

Our downtown café (located on Lincoln Ave. 1/2 block north of the plaza) features freshly baked cinnamon rolls, homemade cookies, and Taos Cow Ice-Cream as well as the full assortment of CG Higgins products. Come down for a great late or maybe one of our signature sipping chocolates.

Our candy kitchen and retail store is located on the NW corner of St. Francis Drive and Ninita St. Customers enjoy the easy, relaxed atmosphere which includes outdoor seating and WiFI.
