I would best describe myself as a down to earth freelance photographer. While I try not to tie myself down to just one genre, I do tend to sway more towards nature related end of the spectrum. This can be anything from creating landscape or macro images for wall art, to outdoor environmental-style portraits.

In 2007, I began my journey in photography with the purchase of my first camera. Shortly thereafter, I began exploring and capturing images of much of Washington state. Whether it was the soaring vistas of the Cascade and Olympic mountain ranges, the rhythmic tones of the Pacific Ocean or alpine lake, even the lone flower as it struggled to reach sunlight from the forest floor. If the opportunity presented itself, I captured it. A hobby quickly turned into a passion.

I have since relocated with my family to Central Pennsylvania. This move has afforded me with new areas and genres to explore. Everything from wide open farmland, Colonial and Victorian period architecture, the state forests, and much more.
