Chakra Power Yoga

Chakra Power Yoga brings premier Warm Room Vinyasa, Flow Foundations, Restorative and Meditative Classes to our communities. We offer intelligent, creative, trauma-informed classes with the intention of being a full-menu studio where practitioners can participate in classes that fulfill a variety of energetic needs. Sometimes you need strength, sometimes you need space, and sometimes you need surrender; but all these needs should be met by welcoming, kind and capable teachers and in an environment that is laid-back, safe, supportive and a lot of fun to be in.

We also offer Yoga Alliance certified 200hr Teacher Training programs and a dynamic selection of yoga and meditation workshops. We aim to help you deepen your practice and connection to Yoga, while offering a fun and engaging experience.

All classes in Braintree are taught in a warm room between 75 and 82 degrees. Waltham also includes heated power classes (86-88 degrees).
