This chalet is conveniently located only 50 FEET from the shoreline of the lake!! We have built a total of four lakefront chalets on this property, so we can accommodate large groups or family reunions up to 60+ guest. This is a three-level home with a full walkout basement including 5 well-appointed bedrooms, new designer beds and furniture, 3 full bathrooms and a fully equipped gourmet kitchen with stainless steel appliances. Inside the chalet you will find upscale and BRAND NEW high quality furnishings, antler style lighting fixtures,Natural Slate tile floors, granite countertops, all bedrooms have 32" flat panel TVs, Brand New luxury bedding, charming tongue-and-groove ceilings, solid log pine walls and a majestic 25 foot floor-to-ceiling River Rock stone fireplace, complete with a wall of windows to better enjoy the view of beautiful Table Rock Lake! The Master Suite has a Brand New solid log king size bed, new Serta presidential suite top of the line mattresses, full luxury bath with jetted tub, LCD TV, and will encompass the entire 3rd Level of the home. The other quest bedrooms will have brand new QUALITY queen size beds, new luxury bedding and a 32" flat panel TV's. There is two living areas for your families to relax and watch TV. The downstairs living area has an awesome theater room with surround sound, a card/poker table and bumper pool. There is also a full size laundry room for your convenience downstairs.The screened-in patio below the top deck provides outdoor enjoyment with a huge stone outdoor wood-burning fireplace in a bug-free environment. There are excellent amenities on the property which include a gorgeous in-ground HEATED swimming pool with extensive rock landscaping and beautiful refreshing rock waterfalls, 4000 sq.ft of paver stone patio, a 50 foot commercial water slide for the kids, a top-of-the-line Hotsprings hot tub, sand volleyball court, basketball court, kids play area with swings and a huge sand box, outdoor half log seating firepits and more! The Chalet also has broadband internet with WiFi and satellite TV.

The brand new dock has boat slips available for the guests staying at the chalets. Also there are BOAT RENTALS and JETSKI rentals that we can refer you to close by. The dock has just been completed and has 20 boat slips! There is a 66-foot swim deck to lay out and soak up the sun, relax on the two porch swings or catch a big largemouth bass! The dock was built with a concrete floor so you have that solid feel and you won't have to worry about getting splinters from other typical wood docks. There is a gorgeous paver stone pathway that you can access right from the downstairs screened-in patio which will get you direct access to the dock. You will be able to walk to the dock and never touch a blade of grass or walk down a slippery hill.
