The Commonwealth of Massachusetts Harbormasters and Maritime Professionals Association, Inc. is comprised of nineteen public service agencies in the State. The purpose of CHAMP is to provide a forum for the exchange of ideas, information, and training among all maritime public safety professionals within the Commonwealth of MA. As an association, we will work to facilitate better administration of the harbors and waterways within MA. We will work in a coordinated manner on proposed and enacted legislation that affect CHAMP or its constituents.
