We Want to let our customer know that we deal the Police Department, and other agency's where we are told to remove vehicles from the road, parking lots and so one, most of them are from people being arrested, and there cars towed, We have strict rules we must follow and a certain price range for every agency. so with that said most people are very upset when they come to pickup there vehicle and often take it out on us and leave negative reviews, this is something that every tow company deals with, when we tow for the public we give a price and we stay firm on that price, We cherish all of our customers and we are not racist, we treat everyone with respect, and remain professional.
