Changes Wellness Recovery & Family Practice Clinic

Welcome to Change's Wellness & Recovery Center the sister company to Alpha Omega Alliance, Inc., a 501(c) 3 nonprofit organization, that has been serving Palm Beach County, homeless severe and persistent mentally ill population since, 2004. Change's has formed a collaborative partnership with community agencies, who will work closely together to provide wrap around support to the homeless, severe and persistent mentally ill adults and juveniles with substance abuse disorders and criminal justice involvement.

Change's understands the "Stigma" that this population faces on a day-to-day basis, so our goal is to bridge the gap between the under-served and the social services that are needed.

Change's will continue to encourage our clients to CHOOSE - HONESTY - AND - NEW - GROWTH - EVOLVES, which one day will lead to CHANGE!
