Chapman Family Rentals

Chapman Family Rentals is perfectly described in its name. A locally owned, family run business founded in 1983 by mom, Bonnie Chapman and its subsequent expansion supported by the generations that have followed. This family owned business provides quality housing for off campus residents of the University of Maine at Farmington community.
The daily operations and all services are provided solely by this family entity. Bonnie continues to be at the helm of the daily operations with her partner, Bob Bennett, who is frequently seen responding to an emergency maintenance call or helping with the yearly student turnover. Son, William Lovejoy provides plowing and handles all the major construction projects. Daughter, Renee Whitley manages the financial aspect of the business while her husband, Brian Whitley responds to minor quick fixes and collections when necessary. Daughter in law, Melissa will most likely be one of your first connections to the organization, when she takes you on your tour of the buildings and helps find the perfect apartment for you.
Pulling up the rear, is our support staff of the family owned business, the grandchildren:


• Drew, a junior at UMF supports the company by performing yard maintenance.


•Rileigh, a sophomore at UMF is our girl for marketing to prospective off campus tenants.


•Harley, a freshman who is currently away at college studying business management and culinary arts (learning to make us incredible goodies).


•Kain a junior at Mt Blue High School helps with lawn maintenance and apartment turnovers as he completes high school.


•Aaron and Logan (our youngsters) who help with cleaning out apartments and picking up when the move out period is done
