The purpose: to create a neighborhood eatery with a menu that offers healthy, sustainable, flavorful food at a great value -- and served fast! Today, we’re a fun, one-of-a-kind place creating fusion dishes inspired by the savory flavors of Southeast Asia. We use locally sourced, organic produce to build our vegan-focused menu, but fish, chicken, and other meat options are also available -- we welcome all kinds here!
