Charlotte Pride is the leader in LGBTQ visibility in Charlotte and the Carolinas. We present and collaborate on programs, projects, and activities, including the annual Charlotte Pride Festival and Parade, Charlotte Trans Pride, Charlotte Latin Pride, and the GayCharlotte Film Festival, among others. Since its founding in 2000, Charlotte Pride has expanded its year-round programming and partnerships to better connect community members with its mission, vision, and values. It is now one of the largest LGBTQ Pride organizations in the American Southeast.

Get ready for an exciting 2017 Charlotte Pride Festival & Parade! The Queen City’s lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender and queer (LGBTQ) Pride event will be held this year, August 26-27, 2017, in Uptown Charlotte.
The Charlotte Pride Festival and Parade attracted an historic 130,000 visitors over its two-day, weekend event in 2016 and we're going to draw even bigger crowds when we return to Uptown in August! The premier event is the culmination of a week-long slate of events highlighting the social, cultural, ethnic, artistic and civic diversity of the metro Charlotte area’s LGBTQ community.
