Charlton Ridge Farm

Charlton Ridge Farm is a hunter, jumper and equitation training and show program with professional Kaitlyn Charlton. Located at High Valley Farm in Newberg, Oregon, Charlton Ridge offers lessons and training programs.

Kaitlyn began riding at age 8 in the small pony division. She ended her junior career with championships in equitation and the children's jumper division for OHJA and Zone 9. Kaitlyn also competed in the Intercollegiate Horse Show Association, winning the High Point Rider for her region each year she competed. During her senior year of college, Kaitlyn was 6th in the Cacchione Cup at Nationals.

Turning professional in 2007, Kaitlyn worked for Tile Valley Farm, under Megan Garcia and Leslie Bierly. Working there, she gained experience teaching and showing in hunters, jumpers, and equitation rings. Her students, along with herself, won multiple championships and classics. She opened Charlton Ridge Farm in September, 2013, wanting to bring her knowledge to students of all ages.

The facility that Charlton Ridge Farm is located at boasts 42 12x14 stalls, most with attached runs, an 85x175 indoor arena, a 100x200 all weather outdoor arena, 6 grooming stalls, 4 hot water wash racks with heaters, heated tackrooms and viewing room, 15 grass turnouts, miles of trails and much, much more.
