Charter Title Company, founded in 1982, has been serving the greater Houston area and Texas for over 30 years. We take great pride in knowing that our management has guided us through some of the best and most difficult times in Houston's economy.

Charter Title provides title insurance, escrow/closing services and related real estate services to residential and commercial real estate professionals. With over 100 employees in 8 locations, Charter Title handles transactions in Harris, Fort Bend, Montgomery, surrounding counties and throughout Texas. We maintain the ability to manage national and global transactions through our various underwriters.

Charter Title and its affiliates are a subsidiary of Fidelity National Title Insurance Company, whose parent is Fidelity National Financial. We represent the Fidelity family of underwriters, which include: Fidelity National Title Insurance Company, Chicago Title Insurance Company, Ticor Title Insurance, Commonwealth Land Title Insurance Company and Alamo Title Insurance.
