Chase Environmental Law Society

C.E.L.S. is a student organization aimed at promoting, supporting, and monitoring developments in the field of environmental law, particularly regarding the legal aspects of: climate change & alternative energy resources; land use & biodiversity preservation; freshwater resource management & issues concerning ocean water; environmental governance structures; and environmental health. Our society serves as the primary outlet for students to enhance their understanding of these areas of law, while learning from and networking with lawyers and other professionals who specialize in these areas. C.E.L.S. sponsors presentations by knowledgeable professionals from the Northern Kentucky and Cincinnati area where open discussion of the relevant topic is strongly encouraged!
