We invite you to be a part of a great new ownership resort on Florida's unspoiled Gulf Coast. Chassa Oaks RV Resort is your "RV Place To Be" in west-central Florida. With a total of 114 lots, Chassa Oaks is a comparatively small RV resort, which we consider an added feature. Our beautiful clubhouse contains a large meeting hall, full kitchen facilities, a workout room for the body and a library for the mind. An attractive gathering spot is our covered lanai and the heated and screened swimming pool.

Each deeded lot includes a 10' X 35' reinforced concrete pad, a 6' X 16' concrete patio and full RV hook-ups.
The streets and drives are paved and wifi internet service is available throughout the resort. Coming soon are a pet exercise area, a people exercise area and a hot tub spa.
