Chateau Le Phil

Dinner dates are either sent out via email or Facebook wall posts. Whenever you see a date posted and are interested in attending a dinner, please follow the instructions below.


- Send an email to eekitty@gmail.com with this in the subject line:

Chateau Le Phil, date and time of dinner (ie. Chateau Le Phil, 07/18/15, 7:30pm)

- Please include your name (first and last) and a mobile number we can text you at (in case we need to reach you) in your request.

- In your email, please let us know if you would like one or two seats. IF YOU REQUEST MORE THAN TWO SEATS or DO NOT SPECIFY THE NUMBER OF SEATS YOU WANT, we will not be able to consider your email request. The plus one guest policy exists because we want to give as many people on the waiting list as we can a chance to join us for dinner.

- Feel free to write anything or ask questions in the email. Just remember, at the minimum, the subject line, the seat request, name, and mobile phone (in the body) must be there.

- The deadline to submit your reservation for any dinner is always 48 hours before the date and time of the dinner you are making a reservation for. Those picked for dinner will receive an email confirmation within 48 hours.

- Please keep in mind that Chateau Le Phil does not have a traditional reservation system. Submitting your request does not automatically guarantee you seats for dinner. If you did not receive a confirmation email from us after 48 hours of your submission, that means you didn't get an invite for the dinner you requested. Due to the large number of requests we receive for each dinner, we unfortunately can't reply to every email. If there are guests that don't RSVP in time, we will go through the email requests to fill those seats, so please be patient.

How much will dinner cost? That's up to you. We don't put a price tag on these meals, so we appreciate whatever donation you'd like to make that fits within your budget and the value of the meal itself (to give you and idea, donations from past patrons ranged from $50 - $100/pp). We only use the highest quality ingredients and we put a lot of time and effort into these dinners, so your donations allow us to continue doing this on a regular basis.

At this time, we do not serve alcohol , however if you wish to bring your own wine or beer, you are welcome to and there is no corkage fee. This is a community dinner table type of dinner so feel free to bring extra for others to share.
