Features include: expansive, furnished outdoor classic Cape Cod red brick patio; outdoor enclosed private hot+cold sumptuous shower with changing area; large full service kitchen with gas stove and everything required to make large, complete meals; adjoining breakfast room; two spacious family rooms (with doors!) for adults and kids to separate, each with TV and DVD players; well stocked library of kids and grownup movies, current magazines, books, puzzles and games; WIFI and cord connection jacks; secluded home office with internet connection, printers, phone and fax; all on two very comfortably furnished floors.

Home is located on one acre with a sheltered private yard and grounds with extensive lawn/yard that is away from roads and ideal for children (the majority of the yard recreation area is behind the house). The yard has swings, horseshoes, b-ball, v-ball, huge climbing trees, and more. Interim/exit cleaning, linen rentals, and laundry service are available for additional fee. The Chatham Old Colony spur line of Cape Cod Bike Rail Trail is just 1/2 mi from the house (on Morton St)! Short drive to popular downtown Chatham shopping, restaurants & activities. Great for multiple or extended families, reunions, retreats, or other gatherings. Children welcome! All the charm and character of an 1800's house with all of today's amenities. September 12 - October 17: $ 995/week
Jan 2-May 15 & Oct 17-Dec 19: $ 500/2 nights (if avail)
Jan 2-May 15 & Oct 17-Dec 19: $ 600/3 or 4 nights (if avail)
Holidays: Nov 21-26 & Dec 17-Jan 2: to be negotiated based on length
