Daily beach yoga classes taught by Kripalu Yoga teacher, Jennifra Norton, RYT.
No pre-registration. Beginners are welcome & encouraged. Movement is slow, focus is on breath & safe alignment. The class is held on soft sand. Each class ends with savasana, time for relaxation. Kripalu yoga on the beach will strengthen your body, calm your mind, reduce stress and provide an opportunity for improving your health.
Classes are cancelled on rainy days but we do practice in the Chatham fog.
