Checkered Past DFW

Welcome to Checkered Past, which has its own unique and varied past. Our name may be new, but the store itself has been around for many years. Our beginnings dates back to 1990 when we were known as Antiques & Moore and were located on the corner of Pioneer Parkway (303) and Park Springs. When the building was sold we were not able to find something of the same size, but we found our current location which boasts 14,000 square feet. Many people remember this location as the old Jo-Ann's Fabric . We transformed it into Antiques at Park Row and have been growing and changing ever since.

Over the years, trends have changed. Antiques and collectibles are still desirable, but people say they don't want to keep dusting and they don't have as much room to display some of these pretty pieces. We will never lose our love for antique or vintage, but we know you can combine the new with the old and create a wonderful, cozy atmosphere.
