Cheers To Ewe

Our shop came about when our owners had one of those "gosh, it would be nice if we had a yarn shop that was..." conversations. That was when the a-ha moment happened, and the Cheers To Ewe! journey started. Sheri and Ladianne spent the next 15 months working toward the opening of what is now Cheers To Ewe!

Sheri has a background in business, and owned her own landscaping company for 15 years. Sheri has spent the last several years working in the non-profit world, and is a program manager with Hands On Charlotte, a non-profit organization. When Sheri isn't organizing volunteer projects she dreams about working in her workshop where she loves to make awesome things out of reclaimed materials. Sheri and their friend Greg built the shelves and checkout counter at the shop - come in and see them!

Ladianne has a background in business consulting and a Master of Fine Arts in Interdisciplinary Arts. She has been knitting since 2009, but has done needlework of varying sorts her entire life including cross stitch, needlepoint, and a bit of crochet. After Ladianne started knitting she realized she LOVED it! She started working her way through the Master Hand Knitter program in 2015 and has since completed the first two levels. She is currently working on level 3.

Ladianne and Sheri love working with people, and they love having a great time no matter what they're doing. They invite you to come in and enjoy looking at yarn, meeting new friends, and finding inspiration!
