Cheesequake Village Condos and Townhomes

Cheesequake Village in Old Bridge, NJ (Matawan mailing), is an outstanding community for adults 55 and over. The community consists of condos, attached ranch homes for easy single floor living as well as spacious 2-story, 2 bedroom townhomes. These homes are extremely easy on the budget, probably the most affordable in the county, but at the same time have so much to offer. There is a large in-ground pool, recreation room, shuffle board, exercise room, special events, and a community bus that picks residents up, door-to-door to do fun activities outside of the complex. At this time (2015), the charge for the bus is only $1(subject to change)! Cheesequake State Park is also located just outside of the complex for extra enjoyment.

The on-site association is very well-run and the staff is very helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. The residents of this community are truly one-of-a-kind. They are all friends, they get together all of the time for coffee or games and it's the place where "everyone knows your name."

This community receives 5 stars from me due to affordability, amenities, and overall resident experience. Hands down, one of the best adult communities in the state.
