Chef Karim's Mediterranean Grill

Chef Karim’s Mediterranean Grill is a 65-seat fine-dining restaurant with a lounge, garden, and adjacent French bakery. We focus on Mediterranean cuisine from French, Italian, Greek, and northern African influences.

Chef Karim Chhibbanne is a classically trained chef, who grew up working in a family restaurant in Marrakech, Morocco, before he formally studied culinary arts in Lyon, France.

Chef Karim has over forty years experience working in restaurants, including over thirty years as an executive chef. He had his own successful Mediterranean restaurant, "Chef Karim’s," in Santa Barbara, California, for over 18 years.

Chef Karim’s Mediterranean Grill is located at 333 N. Cotner, in Lincoln, Nebraska, across from Ameritas Insurance Headquarters and next to the shopping hub at Gateway Mall, near one of Lincoln’s busiest intersections at 56th and O Streets.

Chef Karim’s Mediterranean Grill aspires for perfection: to be the single serious choice in Nebraska for wedding anniversaries, graduation parties, and other events for perfect moments to last a lifetime.

The Mediterranean Grill menu will be inspired from multiple different countries' specialties and appeal to a diverse clientele. The menu will change every 3-4 months but keep the favorites. Prices will be competitive with other upscale restaurants in the area, but Chef Karim’s Mediterranean Grill will offer a higher value than its competitors, through its food, hospitality, impeccable service. We will also offer full catering service providing everything from table settings to the dessert.

The lounge and restaurant will be open initially six days a week, Tuesday through Sunday, with extended hours on the weekends. During the summer months patrons will be able to sit outside on our patio. The patio and garden setting will be a fun and casual atmosphere for the summer crowd.
