Chef Rob and Co opened for business in 2008. Under the direction of Chef Robert M. Stephens, a former Corporate Executive Chef and Country Club Chef who holds a degree in Culinary Arts and Hospitality Management.
“Chef Rob”, as he is known by many, is a long time resident of the great state of Alabama and has won numerous awards in culinary competition as well as service awards in the food service industry.
He is an accomplished ice sculptor and very involved with many local charities, His passion for “just really good simple food” as he says, is what he strives for on a daily basis. By taking the freshest ingredients, keeping it simple, and producing a quality dish that people will enjoy time and time again.
