Chef Ross specializes in exquisite private dinners, teaching classes and off site catering up to 600 people. Everything we do is to the highest standards and quality possible.
Chef Bio:
Chef David Ross graduated from Chelsea School of Art, London with a Bachelor of Fine Arts. After living in the South of France for 7 years, Chef Ross realized that a career in the culinary arts was his true calling.
The next 20 years lead him to an Associate Degree in Culinary and become an ACF Certified Chef de Cuisine. He has worked for French vineyards, U.S. restaurants, 12 years teaching at LCB (Le Cordon Bleu). Teaching all areas of Culinary Arts while teaching at the LCB Schools in New Hampshire and Atlanta.
Winning a gold medal and Best in Category at the Society Culinaire Philanthropique Food Salon NY Manhattan 2003, he was subsequently asked to join the New York chapter of this the nation's oldest culinary society.
Now continuing to develop his Catering and teaching style and technique, he is a self-employed private chef and catering chef for his company chefrosscatering LLC
Chef Ross has recently moved into a new 1000-foot catering kitchen space on Washington road, Augusta, continuing to provide exquisite private dinners and up to 600-person large scale catering events.
