About Us:

Chelsea & Savannah was formed by two local art educators, Tracey Hartzog (Chelsea School of Art, London, U.K.) and Rachel Ohls (Savannah College of Art and Design, Savannah, Georgia). Tracey Hartzog has been an art educator for 20 years, working in London in public housing and then recently in the Carolinas where she worked for a large non –profit as a Statewide Art Consultant for 14 years. Rachel Ohls has run a community art studio serving both typical artists and artists with disabilities.

Our goal is to provide child-centered art and enrichment activities to children in the Fort Mill/Tega Cay area at an affordable cost. We believe that art is a stepping stone which enhances other areas of learning such as Language Arts, Math, and Science and also teaches decision making, flexibility, leadership, and helps build character and self esteem.
