Chelsea Piers Sky Rink

Sky Rink’s indoor, twin-rink facility located on Pier 61 operates seven days a week, year-round and features general skating sessions, figure skating and ice hockey training, developmental skating programs, competitive travel teams, hockey league play, group and private instruction for youth and adults, and a full-service pro shop.

The Sky Rink Skating School offers skating lessons for children and adults of all abilities in both figure skating and hockey using a progressive, group-based format.

The extensive hockey programs for youth and adults include instructional classes and developmental programs, clinics, competitive travel teams, and league play. The Top Shelf Hockey Training Center, designed for competitive youth and adult hockey players, features the latest state-of-the art training equipment including a Skate Mill and Skills Zone.

Skater’s Edge Pro Shop, located off Sky Rink’s lobby, offers a variety of services, including skate sharpening, profiling, alignments, fittings and a wide selection of apparel and merchandise for hockey and figure skaters.

Beautiful party rooms and Sunset Terrace, a private event space overlooking the Hudson River, make Sky Rink a favorite spot for birthday celebrations and other private gatherings.
