Chene Watson Massage

I’m a graduate of National Holistic Institute in Sacramento, and a California State Certified Massage Therapist (CMT).

At an early age, I was taught the ways of healing arts through my reflexologist mother. This early awareness really helped shape my view of the importance of the human touch in alleviating suffering. My exploration of holistic health has lead me here, as a hands on healer.

I am expertly schooled and trained in multiple modalities of Massage Therapy. Because I choose to often "mix in" various styles in my practice I am able to give all of my Clients a massage which caters to their own uniqueness. This personal awareness I feel to be key in helping to promote balance to Body and Mind. The Human Touch is Amazingly Healing.

Aside from massage therapy, I am also a practicing music therapist. I have been playing the Celtic harp for 20+ years and use this talent for helping people recover from depression, chronic illness, life-affecting trauma, post-natal recovery, and post-partum depression. In the future, I am looking forward to combining the power of music therapy with massage therapy.
