The Cherrytree Group was founded by Warren Kirshenbaum in 2006. We offer Tax Credit consulting, brokerage, syndication and specialty finance services. We focus primarily on the Brownfields Tax Credit, Historic Rehabilitation Tax Credit, and Renewable Energy Tax Credits making us a one-stop firm for the various commercial tax credit benefits. Over the years we have been extremely successful assisting our clients in securing and monetizing millions of dollars in tax credits.
