About Cheryll:

I became interested in Hypnotherapy when I was 29 and a Corporate Executive with a large insurance company. Part of my responsibilities included conducting out of State training seminars, as well as, in office training of new personnel. I needed a "confidence boost" and chose a reputable Hypnotherapist to ease the fear of public speaking. To say the least, the results were remarkable and, even today, I can speak with confidence in front of any size crowd. I was sold!

After my retirement, I was looking for a new direction and found The Institute of Interpersonal Hypnotherapy, the only state licensed Hypnotherapy school in Florida. The training was rigorous and mind expanding. I wanted the best training available and I found it. I am a CHt(Certified Hypnotherapist), a CCHt (Certified Clinical Hypnotherapist) and a CTHt (Certified Transpersonal Hypnotherapist) with over 500 hours of training.

I am also a member of the IAIH (International Association of Interpersonal Hypnotherapists) which is known to have the highest standards of practice management and personal conduct ethics in our profession.

What is Hypnosis and how does it work? Hypnosis is used to bypass conscious thought, move the “Critical Factor” aside, and reach the Subconscious mind. By working directly with the Subconscious mind, which is the seat of our emotional and creative mind, lasting, positive changes can happen.
