Chestnut Grove Baptist Church

Article I: Name and Location

This church was originally named and established on September 30, 1861 and shall be known as the Chestnut Grove Baptist Church, located on Hwy 117 S Henagar, Alabama.

Article II: Purpose Statement

To bring people to Christ, to baptize them into His church family, to teach them the Holy Scriptures, to encourage them to work in the church and out in the world, bringing a ministry to those in need of a Savior.

Article III: Our Vision

We are extremely proud of our church family here at Chestnut Grove Baptist Church. We are blessed to have families ranging from young adults and their children to second and third generation families. We believe that the heart and soul of a nation is the family. Through our efforts here at Chestnut Grove Baptist Church we hope and pray that the homes and families in our community will be blessed. We as a church will always strive to please the Lord our Savior and will work to bring the gospel to the lost world.
