I graduated from the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park New York with a degree in baking and pastry in '07. During that time I went to Phoenix Arizona for 6 months and worked at the Biltmore for my externship. After I graduated I then worked at Blue Canyon Kitchen and Tavern where I was executive Pastry Chef for 2 years. I also worked at the Spread Eagle Tavern for a few years before opening my own business. I'm now located in Minerva doing my own thing ready to make custom desserts for you!!
