As a former college basketball player and lifelong athlete, I have been leading, motivating, and training for sports my entire life. With all of the amazing guidance I have received from coaches and the experience I have gained as an athlete throughout the years, it was a natural decision to continue this passion into my career and long-term goals.

I’ve been in the fitness industry for over 10 years, and hold multiple certifications through National Exercise & Sports Trainers Association (NESTA), including Certified Personal Fitness Coach (PFT), Fitness Nutrition Coach (FNC), Lifestyle Weight Management Specialist (LWM), and Heart Rate Performance Specialist (HRPS). There is nothing more rewarding than impacting others’ lives and being able to see that positive lifestyle change occur right before your eyes.

My company offers personal training (private, partner, and small group) at our studio in Sheridan (1045 Coffeen Avenue, Suite C), group fitness classes at the Powder Horn (free for PH members), customized meal plans, and mobile training.
