Chicago Family Health Center

CFHC is a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization that operates a network of five health center sites in the South Chicago, Pullman, East Side, Roseland and Chicago Lawn neighborhoods of Chicago. . CFHC offers high quality, primary health care that includes pediatrics, OB/GYN, internal medicine, dental care and wrap-around services for the whole family. These services are provided to more than 30,000 underserved in Chicago every year.
