I have an in-home family childcare with the maximum of six children enrolled. My operating days and hours are Monday-Friday 6am-7pm. The ages are 6weeks-6years of age. Being the only employee, my titles are director, teacher, cook, maintenance, and caregiver. I love children and I love my career. I believe children are never too young to learn. I have a yearly curriculum plan. I know for everyday is a learning experience. We do an activity every day and I display their creative work weekly than I send it home. I do many parent involvement events because I believe the teacher and parents need to work together on one accord to better their child/children. I don't only teach educational material, but also manners and morals. I teach the children the proper way to wash their hands, how to sit, politeness, respect themselves and others, self-love, and many more. The successfulness in my business is that my childcare name is actually known. I have many parents will like to enroll their children, but I'm already at my max. I also had much parent participation with special events like mother's day event muffins with mommy and father's day event donuts with dad. This childcare is unique, because I am very involved in my childcare. I try to create different ideas and motives for the whole family not just for the kids or the parents. I will like to expand and have many of my childcares nationwide. In C.H.I.L.D.'S., my goals are to promote love, morals, redirection, creativeness, parent involvement, hands on experience, respect, self-love, and independence. I worked at several different childcares in my area and I take every experience as a learning experience. I found pros and cons at centers and how to incorporate my childcare to be the best childcare center around.
