CHIP is a comprehensive lifestyle education program that has successfully transformed the health of thousands of participants since its inception in 1987. In addition to the many personal success stories, the results of blood tests and physical assessments have shown that significant health problems can be reversed as a result of lifestyle changes. Significant drops in blood pressure, triglycerides, blood glucose, BMI, and cholesterol are a few of the important changes seen in the CHIP program participants.
