Grandmaster Kwang Jo Choi designed Choi Kwang do to be easy to learn, practical for self defense and to promote health instead of wear on the practitioners’ body. Choi Kwang Do was designed from scientific studies and research not from ancient mysticism so students are able to maximize their power while minimizing the impact on their own bodies. Students also develop confidence, coordination, focus, fitness, energy, discipline and due to its design Choi Kwang Do also promotes whole brain learning benefiting the stimulation and growth of the brain. Our instructors are internationally certified and our ranks are internationally sanctioned by Choi Kwang Do Martial Art International with affiliate academies all over the planet!
