Christ Temple CME Church

Our church is a small, family oriented church. We are dedicated to God and his work though several ministries. We have the clothes closet which is operated most weekends. We also work closely with the food pantry of Oxford and Lafayette county. The missionary department of our church is dedicated to reaching out to families in need and helping the elderly in whatever capacity that is seen fit. Our pastor, Rev. Spencer Mathis is a dedicated preacher, teacher and humble servant of the Lord who rightly teaches and preaches the Word of God. He invites each and everyone to take an active part in bible study as he teaches in a way that makes us all feel apart of the studies. He is so gifted in breaking down the scriptures so that even a small child can understand and be able to receive the messages that he preaches each and every Sunday.
