Consider the biblical mandate in Hebrews 10:25: “Do not neglect to meet together as is the habit of some, but encourage one another.” We would love to be your home church if you do not already have one. We have the theme of “Believing, Belonging, Becoming.” In our modern times, it may be more accurate to list it as “Belonging, Becoming, Believing.” In other words, we come together and learn to share Christ and life with each other and to belong in community first. Then we grow as disciples—becoming. It is only then that we come to understand more fully what it means to believe in the abundant life that Christ offers through his resurrection and his church.
