Tuesday & Thursday morning classes are held from 9am to 10am at Compass Center 4201 Pool Rd in Grapevine, TX (rooms 310-312).

The class is taught at all skill levels and is open to men and women. Mary Cunningham is a certified fitness and yoga instructor. Mary provides this class for free as a personal ministry. Enter the Family Center doors and turn left. Bring a yoga mat, and arrive a few minutes early to fill out the required health permission form.
