The authentic German Christmas market will return to Philadelphia! This year Christmas Village in Philadelphia can be found at City Hall from Thanksgiving through Christmas Eve (Nov 24, 2016 - Dec 24, 2016), again with an additional Preview Weekend (Nov 19 and 20, 2016), new and exciting vendors and fun events; we are looking forward to see you soon.

Once again, City Hall will host the beautiful outdoor wooden booths around the majestic Christmas Tree will more than 80 vendors and their high quality arts and crafts from all over the world, to offer you the perfect Holiday shopping experience within a festive atmosphere! Don’t miss famous German vendors Kathe Wohlfahrt or Herrnhut Stars for genuine German Schwibbogen, Pyramids or Moravian stars.

When you are done with Christmas shopping, have a seat enjoy German delicacies, such as Bratwurst, Pretzls, Lebkuchen (gingerbread), mulled wine or rich hot chocolate. Daily performances of local choirs, bands, performers and special themed weekend events will sweeten your visit at Christmas Village in Philadelphia!

New in 2016: Visit the well-known German vendor "Steiff" (stuffed-animals) or experience our improved kids corner with your little ones. There will also be a dog area this year, to make Christmas Village in Philadelphia more dog-friendly. Additional side events and programming are waiting for you, too.
