This past year, we introduced Christy's Trendsetters! The Trendsetters are a wonderful group of young ladies, ages 16 - 24, who have been chosen through an intense selection process to represent Christy's through modeling our merchandise, advertisement, and personal character. We are proud to have these ladies as a part of our team!

Christy's is solely owned by Christy Boyd White, a Tuscaloosa-native. She was born in Tuscaloosa and moved away with her family for a while during her school years, and moved back her senior year to finish high school at Tuscaloosa County High School, Class of '91. Christy has two sons, Taylor, a 2011 graduate of TCHS, and Trey, a sophomore at Sipsey Valley High School.

Owning a boutique has always been Christy's dream! From dressing herself and her friends up and taking pictures pretending they were modeling as children, to working in upscale boutiques as a teenager and then as a young women, Christy worked hard to obtain the knowledge and skill needed to own her own business, and to work in the fashion industry. She "served her time" working for others and climbing her way up the ladder until she was ready to take a step out onto her own ladder. Christy has been able to step onto her own ladder only by the grace of God and her blind Faith in Him. She is a member of Daystar Family Church which has ministered to her soul and her spirit in so many ways! Christy is thankful for everyone at Daystar and knows God sent her there at His perfect time in her life!

Christy's favorite Bible verse is what she lives her life by: "...If you have faith as small as a mustard see, you can say to this mountain, 'Move from here to there' and it will move. Nothing will be impossible for you." --Matthew 17:20
