Church of the Canyons

Our message at Church of the Canyons is simple: we call it the gospel, the good news, about God's message of salvation to all people.

We believe it is God's message for every person. You can read a simple version of the gospel message below, along with verses from the Bible, or you can watch a simple presentation about the gospel from our pastor below that:

1. We are all sinners and separated from God.

All have sinned and fall short of the glory of God. Rom. 3:23
...It is appointed for men to die once and after this comes judgment. Heb. 9:27

2. Christ lived, died and was resurrected to bridge that separation.

But God demonstrates His own love for us in that while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us. Rom.5:8

3. Salvation is available to all who seek Him.

For God so loved the world, that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him shall not perish but have eternal life. John 3:16

4. What must I do to be saved?

Agree with what God says about your sinful condition.
The wages of sin is death but the gift of God is eternal life. Rom. 6:23

Believe in the Lord Jesus Christ as your Savior.
Believe in the Lord Jesus Christ and you will be saved. Acts 16:31

Choose: In the end you must decide. Do I agree with what God has said about my sinful condition? Am I willing to believe in Jesus Christ as my only hope for salvation? If you are, God has a wonderful promise for you.
And it shall be, that everyone who calls on the name of the Lord shall be saved. Acts 2:21
